Description

Since we've switched to using Maven, we need to reflect that in the "getting started" documentation and elsewhere and remove ant instructions. We also need to re-write the packaging instructions to account for the removal of waf.

Release Planning Notes:
Assuming that this will be a small commit directly into the master branch.
