Description

Click and Click Example still has character encoding problems.

1. In the "trace" mode, ClickServlet gets request parameters before request#setCharacterEncoding
to display parameters as trace log. So all non-ascii parameters are broken.

2. examples/webapp/WEB-INF/click.xml has no charset attribute.

I attach 2 patches to fix them.
