Description

Before cutting our first Apache release we need to resolve a couple of issues. The following needs attention:

• rename net.sf.* to org.apache.*
• add Apache license headers to all files which form part of the distribution
• replace or remove incompatible third party code
• document the upgrade path from SF Click to Apache Click
