Minor Description
AbstractControl is missing a couple of methods from Control interface.
Implementing custom controls means developers have to provide these methods, leaving most unimplemented.
None of the methods are essential to Click inner workings so I see no harm in providing default implementations in AbstractControl.
This also brings a little closer to the Container concept.
