Description

In 1.4RC1 the default *.properties files were renamed to *_en.properties. Because there is no base properties defined anymore, MissingResourceException are being thrown if the neither the specified or default locale are available.

To fix this we can make a copy of the *_en.properties as *.properties. Thus two english localizations will be available, the base *.properties and *_en.properties.
