      Description

      The auto-binding functionality should have a parameter by default in the cofing file, the
      same way automapping has one.
      If the user doesn't want to use auto-binding, it, than it could use: e.g.
      autobinging="false".

      This functinality also need documentation and explanation, the same way it is with auto-mapping.

        Hi

        Perhaps autobinding should be false by default? New users will probably find it easier to turn features on as they discover them, rather than the other way around.

        kind regards

        bob

        Personally I think it should be on by default. I think adding this parameter is to support Click applications build against older versions of the framework.

        Currently autobinding performs:

        • add any public controls to the page, after the page constructor has been invoked
        • bind any request parameters to public fields, after page constructor has been invoked
        • add any public fields to the page model, before rendering

        By having "autobinding"="false" these features will be disabled.
