Description

CLIMATE-701 has identified an improvement we can make where if tests fail according to the OCWJenkins bot then we should add them to the bot message and make them explicit on the Github issue and hence the Jira issue. I'll work with Michael Joyce and Huikyo Lee to make sure that this gets done.
