Description

Through ESDSWG Search Relevancy I have been doing some work on my favorite topic of federated search.
I've known about NSIDC's Federated Arctic Data Explorer (FADE platform for a good while but never really investigated it much.
It turns out that they have an entire Open Search API which enables programmatic access to arctic datasets.
OCW could benefit from the addition of a Data Sources implementation for accessing FADE data.
Talking about all of this FADE makes me want to go to the pub and get FADED!!!
