Description

This task will make a few minor corrections to the documentation for the 'SpatialMeanOfTemporalMeanBias' and 'RMSError' metrics and will update the variable names in the 'RMSError' metric: the names 'eval_dataset' and 'ref_dataset' will be changed to 'reference_dataset' and 'target_dataset' respectively, to match the convention used in the other metrics classes.
