[CLI-247] The latest CLI2 source code snapshot does build using maven due to wrong common-sandbox-parent version number

Description

CLI2 trunk source pom.xml use version 10-SNAPSHOT for commons-sandbox-parent artifact. However, commons-sandbox-parent version has been updated to 11-SNAPSHOT.

The result is maven build fails cuz 10-SNAPSHOT version do not exist. Either use version 10 or 11-SNAPSHOT
