JMSAdaptor misses last argument in some cases when parsing

      Description

The JMSAdaptor code and it's unit tests are written to pass and accept the adaptor configs including the offset long value as the final token. In a running agent though, the offset value is not passed to the parseArgs method. This causes the last legitimate argument to not be received by the adaptor.

        Ka-ching, ka-ching. Committed.

By the way, I'm increasingly unhappy with the adaptor syntax. Even though it was my fault for designing it.
