Archiver needs to be ported to new MapReduce API

    Description

      The Archiver currently is written against the old mapred API. It needs to be rewritten to use the new mapreduce API.
      Fortunately, both Map and Reduce phases are currently just identity. Tthe output formats and driver classes probably need to be rewritten.
