[CHUKWA-2] Chukwa default initial_adaptors won't work

Description

The default Chukwa initial_adaptors file tries to start watching /var/log/messages. This is probably a bad default; on many systems, /var/log/messages is only readable by root. We don't want to require people to run Chukwa as root, right?
