Description

Steps to reproduce:

• telnet into agent, add 500 files
  add org.apache.hadoop.chukwa.datacollection.adaptor.filetailer.CharFileTailingAdaptorUTF8 DT 0 _files_to_be_added_ 0
• list all adaptors
• shutdown the adaptors
  shutdown _adaptor_id_
• list all adaptors, make sure those 500 files are removed
• use lsof to check file descriptors. You will see that some of files are still open.
