Description

When installing APR and APR-UTIL from source, by default the includes will be placed here:
/usr/local/apr/include/apr-1
And the libraries will be placed here:
/usr/local/apr/lib

The current FindAPR.cmake does not include these directories when looking for headers or libraries.
