2015-09-15 16:24:52.110 xcodebuild[75426:2595846] The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.
xcodebuild: error: Unable to read project '応応応応hello用用用用.xcodeproj'.
	Reason: Project /var/folders/gp/qnjhl3ps51z2vvww_th7ldsh0000gn/T/tmp-752012dLBMnGVPRu2/応応応応hello用用用用/応応応応hello用用用用.xcodeproj cannot be opened because the project file cannot be parsed.

The only create test that passed was "create project with ascii name, no spaces"
