    Description

When building against Cordova 3.72 or 4.02 and above, either org.apache.cordova.console OR cordova-plugin-console in Android are broken (when using cordova plugin add command with npm). No console.log messages are received in logcat in Eclipse (or in output window in Android Studio). If I build with cordova platform add android@3.6.3, console.log message work.... This is a development show-stopper as we rely on console logging to debug our Android App (sometimes the compiler reports breakages many lines away from the actual problem and console logging helps a lot). We also use Android InApp Billing which means Ripple or HTML5 debuggers also do not allow an adequate test environment. This bug is preventing us from going past Cordova Android 3.6.3 and having the benefits of the security patch addressing CVE-2015-1835
