Description
Recently in iOS, if you attached an event handler to resume and have some manner of UI-related code in there (say, an alert), it would crash the app. As such, our the docs detail an iOS "quirk" for this and recommends wrapping your function with a setTimeout call to avoid this crash.
cordova-js should just do this for you.
All callback functions attached to a channel should be wrapped in a setTimeout before invoking.
We can then remove the quirk from the docs.
