Description

On WP8 File Transfer plugin caches download requests.
The results of this can be confusing sometimes, for example downloading file from secured resource second time succeeds, even credentials for request does not specified, or already changed at server side (proof: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/20804452/httpwebrequest-credentials-stored-cached-automatically )

There is already workaround, available to end-user – just pass if-Modified-Since header with current time to download method.

Probably this should be noted in plugin README as a platform-specific quirk.
