Description

Issuing the command `cordova platform add "https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf?p=cordova-android.git;a=snapshot;h=3.7.1;sf=tgz"` used to work. now, it results in the following error :

omefire@my-machine:~/Cordova/test-apps/hello$ cordova platform add android@"https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf?p=cordova-android.git;a=snapshot;h=3.7.1;sf=tgz"
