[CB-8368] Android Passes Callback Status as Message

Description

As a part of CB-6165, the callback status is no longer sent as the message. This was a breaking change that wasn't mentioned anywhere in release notes or anything... kind of frustrating, and (based on the Jira) seemingly without any reason other than "this doesn't seem necessary."

But, that rant aside, the same change was not made across all platforms. The current version of Android PluginResult, the message is still sent. I haven't checked the other platforms, but presumably the change wasn't made there either. If this is the direction that the PluginResult is going to go, it should be consistent everywhere.
