KeyboardShrinksView should affect iOS 7.1+

    Description

      The KeyboardShrinksView property was ignored for iOS 7.0 because the operating system automatically shrinks the webview. This behavior was reversed in iOS 7.1 and iOS 8 so the plugin should shrink the webview.
