Description

BB10 doesn't respect *.domain.com whitelisting

Mobile-spec needs the following elements to work properly:
<access origin="file:///" />
<access origin="https://www.apache.org" />
<access origin="http://cordova.apache.org" />
<access origin="http://foobar.apache.org" />
<access origin="http://www.apache.org" />

I'm going to wrap these in a platform tag.
