[CB-6528] "navigator.notification.alert" seem have a "many words" issue

Description

when I use "navigator.notification.alert" or "navigator.notification.confirm" with many words and Beyond the screen height

navigator.notification.alert("many words...", null, 'title', 'ok');
navigator.notification.confirm("many words...", null, 'title', 'ok,cancel');

it can Slide up and down with Android and iOS
but Winphone can't (maybe Windows phone 8 system have no this feature by Originally ? or other reason ?)
