Missing the drawable-xxhdpi folder for Android platform

      Android devices supporting xxhdpi (extra extra high density ~480 DPI)

      Description

      When the drawable-* folders are created from the CLI (under platforms/android/res/), the drawable-xxhdpi folder should also be created with a default 144x144 sized icon.png for extra extra high pixel density android device support.

        Is there someone (perhaps at Adobe) that could generate the png file for the icon and splashscreen for this resolution? (I don't have Photoshop, and not sure where the master image is.) If so, I can take care of the rest of this issue.

        From http://developer.android.com/design/style/iconography.html, it looks like there's also xxxhdpi at ~640 DPI with a corresponding 192x192px icon.
