Description

Create Windows 8.1 Platform :

• Same command proxy as Windows 8
• Update bootstrap to use WinJS 2.0
• Fix deprecated methods in plugins
• Append new functionalites like inappbrowser
• Update Project Template

To make things easier, I will create an JIRA issue for each separate task I identify.

Let's create a hierarchy :

• Windows 8.1 platform's name : windows81
• Platform specific project Template repository : apache/cordova-windows (in a new folder named windows81)
• In plugins :
• Redirect windows81 to windows8 when possible,
• if not create a separate windows81 folder.

• Touchit/cordova-cli
• Touchit/cordova-plugman
