[CB-4924] docs should show where plugin names come from

Description

In the doc for each of the plugins, there is a "Accessing the Feature" section that shows how to add and remove plugins. If the user wants to remove a plugin some time after they add it, it doesn't show how to retrieve the plugin name via "cordova plugin ls". So it would be nice if this usage snippet showed how to retrieve the plugin name via "cordova plugin ls", instead of forcing the user to return to this doc to manually lookup the plugin name.
