Description

What would be useful for future versions of Cordova projects built with the cordova-cli is:

1.) Rename ".cordova" folder to simply "cordova" this means hosting projects on github will more that likely include the cordova directory

2.) Move the config.xml file from the www diretory into the cordova directory allowing build steps / tasks / tools to replace the contents of www without breaking the build
