It looks like some really great updates to the BB10 platform guide (including screen shots) were lost with this commit:

We then added instructions on how to configure the SDK tools paths here:

But that got reverted in the very next commit:

We need to be careful with merge commits. By the looks of it, there may be issues with some of the other platforms as well.
