    Description

      The Android whitelist is currently encapsulated within the Config singleton, and its functionality can't easily be tested outside of that object.

      I'm going to factor that out into a Whitelist class that can then be instantiated by a testing plugin to see how it reacts to different patterns (other than those with which mobile spec is configured)
