Description

We need to make it so that the core plugins are installable and uninstallable. That means we need to rip things apart and decide what is a core library and what is not.

We have created 3.0.0 branches for iOS, Android, CordovaJS. This needs to happen for Blackberry 10 and Windows Phone 7/8.

The 3.0.0 platform branches will have the plugins removed (or in process of removing plugins). The 3.0.0 CordovaJS branch is getting the plugin js files ripped out as they are being tested.
