[CB-2491] Use NetworkConnection.type.CELL

Description

iOS documentation reports a NetworkConnection quirk where the type of cellular connection cannot be detected. WP7+8 has a similar limitation, but added a new connection type to signify a generic cellular connection.
iOS should be updated to remove this quirk, and simply report the type as CELL.
