[CB-2344] deviceReady event not emitted on bada 2.0

Description

Hello,
when running the stock example from the bada-wac folder using the SDK 2.0.5, the sample application always stays stuck in the Waiting for DeviceReady state.

The following errors are emitted:
2061.343,INFO,P33,T00,A197,Osp::Web::Controls::__WebService::AddMessageToConsole (3938) > Device Cellular network status: 0 at line 4195 loaded from file osp://www.texp59v0qj.com/Res/js/cordova.js

2061.447,INFO,P33,T00,A197,Osp::Web::Controls::__WebService::AddMessageToConsole (3938) > Error NOT_AVAILABLE_ERR at line 4191 loaded from file osp://www.texp59v0qj.com/Res/js/cordova.js

I have already tried to remove the network module by hand. This led to no errors being emitted, but the product still didnt proceed to the connected state.
