Description

Now that iOS 5.0 is a baseline requirement for Cordova for iOS, it would be good to move away from the JSONKit dependency, in favor of Cocoa's built-in NSJSONSerialization, which was added in iOS 5.

Add docs in the Cordova Plugin Upgrade Guide, update the unit tests.
