Description
I mean 3 seconds, really? Spent like 3 hours trying to figure out why my app was starting up so slowly until I figured out it was because of the splash screen delay. I don't even want to know how many cordova apps are out there that could have a startup time < 2s but take like 5s because the devs never bothered to investigate. Whatever happened to sane defaults?
