[CB-1277] create shell script fails when located in a directory that contains spaces

Description

I copied the "bin" directory from the install into a directory named:
/Users/drake/iphone dev/cordova_bin

When running the "create" script from that directory it fails with "cp" error messages.

I tweaked the script by replacing all instances of $BINDIR with "$BINDIR" (just added double quotes around it and this worked.
