[CB-12549] Windows Inapp browser is not clearing the session values and cookies in Windows cordova application

Description

This issue occuring only in Windows platform when we develop application using Cordova platform. I am using In app browser to invoke some url and the url will generate some cookies. When i relaunch the application, the cookies remains in application so unable to view the application. Please help to resolve the same ASAP.
