Description

Some formattings uncovered during the one release process I watched stevegill run through:

• bold: <platform name> + optional <version label>, i.e. iOS 10.0
• plugin.xml should be backticked
• platform names at the start of a commit message in parentheses, e.g. (ios) should be changed to iOS:
• plugin names, camel-cased and monospaced/backticked: InAppBrowser
• monospace official repo names, i.e. cordova-android
