[CB-11098] [Plugin Media] "Actual playback" tests fail on UAP build for x64 arch

Description

The problem is present only on edge version of media plugin. Previous released version doesn't have these failures.

Media specs 17, 18, 19, 20 are failing on mobilespec when ran by following command:

cordova run --archs="x64" -- --appx=uap

cordova-plugin-media-tests.tests >> Media actual playback media.spec.17 position should be set properly
