Description

$ cordova create MyProject
$ cd ./MyProject
$ cordova platform add android

$ cordova plugin add @dpogue/cordova-plugin-crosswalk-webview
Error: Cannot find plugin.xml for plugin 'plugins'. Please try adding it again.

This works as expected with cordova@6.0.0.
