Description

Whitelist plugin throws "No Content-Security-Policy meta tag found. Please add one when using the cordova-plugin-whitelist plugin." error. whitelist.js shouldn't detect for CSP and throw an error if not present since it's only applicable to Android and is not necessary for the whitelist plugin to work.
