[CAY-730] DbGeneratorTask createpk option does not prefix schema name

Description

The Ant task DbGeneratorTask createpk (Create Primary Key) option does not prefix schema name when performing its database operations.

This means you can't be logged in as an system admin database user to use this task, instead you have to be logged in as the schema user for the operations to be performed.
