[CAY-2611] Exclude system catalogs and schemas when run dbImport without config

Description

When user try to run dbImport without any filters, all system tables are being exporting what can take a lot of time for example for oracle.

Since dbAdapters have collection of system catalogs and schemas (now oracle, mysql have system collections) we can filter it while loading.

So if user has default config we should filter it ourselves in other cases not to filter.
