[CAY-2456] Program blocking is happened when user enters extra long data

Description

Cayenne version: 4.1.M2-SNAPSHOT

Steps:
1.Open db_entity => tab "Properties"
2.Add new Attribute 
3.Enter as long data as possible in the field "Max Length" 
4.Click at the another field

Actual result: all your next actions are blocked.

Expected result: there are limits in the fields, so user cannot enter the extra long data and the program doesn't blocked.

P.S. The same problem for 
1. db_entity=> Properties=> Attribute "Max Length", "Scala"
2. procedure=> Parameters=> Parameter "Max Length", "Precision"
