Description

After some experiments with AsciiDoc it seems much user-friendlier format for Cayenne documentation.
And it looks nicer even in default styling (both HTML and PDF versions), and can be customized far more easier.
Additional goal to pursue is an ease of integration into new Cayenne web site.
