[CAY-2360] MySQL: BLOB or CLOB values more than 4Mb cause exception

When trying to write large BLOB or CLOB into MySQL db following exception is thrown:

com.mysql.jdbc.PacketTooBigException: Packet for query is too large (5347806 > 4194304). 
You can change this value on the server by setting the max_allowed_packet' variable.
