Description

Cayenne server uses Velocity as template render (primary for SQLTemplate) that is a little bit overkill, we can create own lightweight implementation that can be in general compatible with Velocity while having better performance.

Velocity can be moved to separate module in case someone wants all it's features in SQLTemplate.
