Description

Steps:
1. Click on Tools > Migrate Database Schema
-> Migrate DB Schema: Connect to Database window is shown
2. Click on Continue
-> Migrate DB Schema: Select Catalog and Schema is shown
3. Click on Cancel
-> Migrate DB Schema: Options window is shown - NOT OK, see 1.png

Expected result:
Migrate DB Schema: Select Catalog and Schema should be closed; no any extra windows shown
