[CAY-226] Importing EOModel loses "used for locking" setting and some attributes

Description

It may be significant that our EOModel has a prototypes entity and just about every entity in the EOModel uses one or more prototype attributes from it.

I imported our EOModel into Cayenne 1.1RC2 and immediately noticed that all "Used for Locking" checkboxes are unchecked. Missing altogether are primary key attributes (which are based on a prototype) and attributes which are not class attributes. Java Type is blank most of the time; there are some cases where it correctly contains "java.lang.String", but there are other cases where it should contain that and doesn't.
