[CAY-2015] Joint prefetches combined with DisjointById prefetches return null incorrectly

Description

If you add both a joint prefetch and a disjointById prefetch to a query, then the relationship supplied by the disjointById will always be NULL incorrectly.

This should be high priority since it silently produces invalid results.

A patch with a minimal test case is attached.
